I worked with children aged 6-16, in groups of 15-25. Furthermore, I held 1-to-1 training sessions. Most important aspects of my trainings included the development of  cordination, technical skills, agility, with respect to learners' age. Pedagogical part was also an inseparable part of their education. My teams participated in local football leagues as well as in many tournaments and competitions. My team won South Banat the league twice in a row in 2013 and 2014, and the next year 2015 in competition against teams older generation of my team  won third place in the league.

秦凯，1978年10月出生，山东青岛人，硕士、讲师，现任山东体育学院国家足球学院教师。主要研究方向为运动训练专业的足球教学与训练。亚足联/中国足协职业级教练，亚足联/中国足协L2级体能教练。中国足协、山东足协教练员讲师。曾任中国U16国家女足体能教练、中国U17国家女足技术分析师。
